Frances M. Garlock, recently of Sun City, Arizona, passed away quietly on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. She had a great sense of humor and loved her family deeply. Her favorite place was the Caribbean, but the family trip across the country to see Disneyland in 1961 always held a special place in her heart. She had a chance to see so many National Parks and spend quality time with her family.
She was predeceased by her parents Mary/John Halliwell, brother, John (Bette) Halliwell, her grand-daughter, Korye Nicole and great-granddaughter, Caitlin Korye.
