Jack Porter

Jack Porter age 62, of Surprise, Arizona slipped into the arms of God on Friday, April 23, 2010 at his home. Jack was born May 1, 1947 in Nogales, AZ. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, George and Edna Porter and brother Ronnie. He is survived by his cherished wife Debbie, sons Woody, Dennis (ReGina), Jack and George (Chalcey); a brother Gary; a sister Cindy Baker, brother in law Freddy Baker; 14 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Jack worked for over 20 years for the City of Surprise Public Works Dept. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and just being in the great outdoors. Jack’s greatest joy in life was his family. He was fun loving and had a very giving heart. The family appreciates your continued thoughts, prayers, cards and support. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ with funeral services to follow at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 1, 2010. Interment will follow service at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ.
