Condolences for the family of “John Francis Burke”

Condolence from Lora on October 17th, 2017 2:27 pm

I am so sorry for your loss. May the God of all comfort be with you during this difficult time. I have personally found comfort in the the promise at 1 Corinthians 15:26, where it states that very soon death will be brought to nothing. Then we will have the prospect of being reunited with our loved ones right here on earth. (John 5:28, 29) I truly hope this brings you comfort and peace. With deepest sympathy for you and your family.

Condolence from Eleanor (Ellie) Jenkins on October 21st, 2017 5:42 am

Marguerite – it was a priviledge to be welcomed into your home each week to bring Communion and prayer to you and John from St. Elizabeth Seton’s Ministers of Care. A quiet man, John spoke volumes when he watched you read the gospel for us, when you spoke of the children, the grandchildren, and when he added details to the wonderful travel adventures the two of you shared throughout your years together. How fortunate for me to be able to be with you in celebration of your 60-year wedding anniversary – – – an enriched life filled with challenges and opportunities, honor and devotion to one another. Thoughts and prayers for you and the family. With kindest regards, Ellie Jenkins
