John Polchin

John Polchin 73, of Peoria, AZ went to the lord August 29, 2008 after a long courageous battle with cancer. John was born January 19, 1935 in Luzerne, PA to John and Susan Polchin. Honored Veteran of USAF, retired Arizona Public Service and Arizona State Hospital. Survived by his beloved wife Karen, 4 children Mary Chavez, John, Steve, and David Polchin , 7 grandchildren, Sisters Geri Blaber of Long Island, NY, and Mary Novitsky of Apex, NC. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at Menke Funeral Home, Rosary 7:00 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial 9:00 A.M. Wednesday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church 8615 W. Peoria Ave.
