Joseph M. Medina, Jr.

Retired U.S.M.C. Captain, Joseph M. Medina Jr., formerly of Denver, Colorado died Tuesday July 28, 2009 in Sun City, Arizona. Preceding him in death are his father and mother Joseph senior and Geraldine, and his brother Daniel. Surviving are his sister Claudia Kuntz, brother Douglas, son Terry & Douglas along with eight grand children and six great grand children.

Joe, was an avid golfer, fisherman and hunter. He enjoyed being outdoors and socializing with friends and family. He was an active member of the American Legion and Moose Lodge. His personal charm and wit will be deeply missed by those who love him.

Visitation will be held Monday 6:00 P. M. – 8:00 P.M. at Menke Funeral Home 12420 N. 103rd Ave. Sun City, AZ 85351.

Graveside Service 10:30 A.M. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona 23029 N. Cave Creek Road., Phoenix, AZ.

Luncheon at Noon will be held at the American Legion, 9847 W Desert Cove Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345
