I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. This is a loss for all of us. Kathleen was a wonderful and optimistic woman who loved her family. I worked with her for many years at the Phoenix library where she excelled, helping thousands of library users, especially in the Arizona Room. We will all miss her, we will all very much miss her.
We pray God gives you and your family strength and comfort. May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared comfort your family now and in the days ahead and that the comfort of God help you during this difficult time.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.Matthew 5:4
My deepest and sincere condolences to Kathleen’s family and friends what a great sadness death brings, it’s no wonder that the Bible calls death an enemy. 1 Corinthians 15:26 states; ” As the last enemy, death is to be brought to nothing”. What a wonderful hope we are given. Revelation 21:4. Mrs. Sordia~Phoenix.
Our sincere sympathy in the loss of Kathleen.
We will miss her at Westerner’s and the history conventions. She was a very nice lady and we enjoyed knowing her.

I was so very shocked and saddened to hear of your loss. I worked with Kathleen in a v ariety of roles, professor, in her work in the Arizona Collection at the Phoenix Library, and with her in her work for the McFarland award at the Arizona Historical Society. In every role she was a friendly, kind helpful friend. She will be greatly missed. She left this world much too soon.
