Maryann Dubow, (nee Hennessy) 79 of Goodyear AZ, formerly of Sun City AZ and Calumet City, Illinois passed away Thursday, September 15, 2016. She was born on July 10, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois to John and Blanche Hennessy who preceded her in death. During her 79 wonderful enriched years of life she enjoyed not only her family and grandchildren but also bowling, The Irish Club, her bunco nights with the girls, she never missed a day of water aerobics at the Sun City pool, she loved attending her grandchildren’s sports activities both in Arizona and when she visited Illinois, she loved her Chicago Cubbies and of course a good glass of wine. She married her loving and devoted husband Edward Dubow on May 10, 1958. They enjoyed 45 wonderful years of marriage before he preceded her in death. She was a caring, loving mother of three children Robert (Rhonda) Dubow of Naperville Illinois, Daniel Dubow of Roselle Illinois and Beverly Decker (late Ronald) of Goodyear, Arizona. She adored and loved her six grandchildren; Matthew, Andy, Bradley, David, Delaney and Elizabeth. They always put a smile on her face and were the love of her life. Loving sister of Joseph Hennessy of Youngstown, Arizona and sister-in-law to Aurie (Tom) Skol of Sun City West, Arizona and loving “auntie” to her nephews and nieces and will be missed by her dear friends. She was preceded in death by her caring brother Wayne Hennessy and loving son-in-law Ronald Decker Jr. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 20th, 2016 from 4-8pm with rosary at 7pm at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center 12420 North 103rd Ave, Sun City. Funeral Mass on Wednesday September 21st, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St. Joachim & St. Anne Catholic Church, 11625 N. 111th Avenue in Sun City with burial following at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale. One of the best memories Grandma left behind for her grandchildren was her love of Iced Caramel Coffees from McDonalds. She never missed a day without one. We hope you are enjoying them now up in heaven. We all love you Mom and Grandma and we will miss you forever!
