Sylvia Eirich

Sylvia (Epstein) Eirich, born on December 2, 1931 in New York City passed away Sunday April 10, 2011 in Sun City AZ. Sylvia lived a full and happy life. She is survived by her husband Charles and daughter Jeannie Hagerty of Sun City and sons Michael of Fishers, Indiana and Joel of Belleville, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her son Lawrence and husbands Joseph Hagerty, Herb Schriftman and David Smith. Sylvia had 14 grandchilden, Jeffrey Jimenez, Julie Jimenez, Eric Hagerty, Angela Hagerty, Kristen Pourbahrami, Kimberly Williams, Sierra Pyritz, Kendra Hagerty, Shawna Babjac, James Hagerty, Liz Hagerty, James Vedder, Jerome Vedder, and Dustin Hagerty and 11 great grandchildren. Her family will miss her sense of humor, willingness to lend a caring ear, common sense advice and wisdom. During her final years she became quite computer proficient and loved her time on Facebook and Skype, often spending time talking to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
