
At 1:25 am on Tuesday May 17, 2016, Mr. George Joseph Pavlak at the age of 85 years old passed from this world to his eternal rest.
Mr. Pavlak was active in the St. Clement’s Men’s Club, Knights of Columbus, and was an avid golfer. He will be remembered in the following services in the town of his last residence, Sun City Arizona.
A visitation will take place on Sunday May 22, 2016 at the Menke Funeral & Cremation Center 12420 North 103rd Avenue, Sun City, Arizona 85351 (623)979-6451 from 3-5 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Clement of Rome Roman Catholic Church, 15800 Del Webb Boulevard, Sun City, Arizona 85351 on Monday May 23, 20216 at 10:30 am with Rev. Andrew J. Pavlak as principal celebrant.
As a veteran of the Korean Conflict, burial will take place after the Mass at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024. Military honors will be provided.
Mr. Pavlak is survived by his wife of 58 years Rosemarie (nee Maguire), his children Judy Kellner (James Matheney), Rev. Andrew J. Pavlak, a priest of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, Michael (Debbie) Pavlak, Marianne (Ray) Gillfillan, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, siblings Al (Judy) Pavlak, Loretta (Russ) Bernhardt and Frank (Karen) Pavlak and many nieces and nephews. Many other friends and acquaintances will greatly miss George’s kind manner, loving, welcome and warm outgoing spirit.
He was preceded in death by his parents James and Josephine (nee Novak) Pavlak and 8 siblings.

Sorry for your loss. George was such a great guy, as long and hard as I can try I never heard him say a bad word about anyone. He was great to workwith at bingo.This was a true survent of God, kind to all and would help anyone he could. What a blessing to have kown him. Thank You for your servce George.
