Marian Rizzo

Marian Rizzo 91 of Sun City, passed away on May 4th in Scottsdale AZ. Visitation will be 5-8pm Monday May 8th at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N 103rd Avenue in Sun City AZ. Funeral services will be held 10am Tuesday May 9th at St. Joachim St. Anne Catholic Church 11625 N 111th Ave Sun City, AZ.  Funeral procession will follow for Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery 9925 W Thomas Rd Avondale AZ. Marian Rizzo was born in Chicago, IL to Rocco and Lena LoSasso on March 16, 1926.  She married John Rizzo on Sept 22, 1946. She was a devoted wife and mother of 4 children.  She was involved in many club and active-adult activities.  She loved to teach others to line-dance. Marian is preceded in death by her husband John Rizzo and her siblings Kay Galbavy, John LoSasso, and Rosemary Rodales. Marian is survived by her children John Rizzo, Michael Rizzo, Ronald Rizzo, and Kathleen Bolen.  She had 13 grandchildren; Anthony, Brandon, Christopher, Dillon, Dustin, John, Jimmy, Lauren, Matthew, Michael, Ryan, Sandy, and Valerie.  20 Great-grandchildren include; Abigail, Alyssa, Arabella, Avery, Benito, Brielle, Brody, Cassie, Giovanni, Jakki, Jaren, Jenah, Kloe, Liliana, Madison, Marcello, Matt, Noah, Sophia, and Tyson.
