Allen passed away on May 27,2026 at the age of 92, at his home in Sun City, Arizona. Born on December 7, 1933 in Valley City, North Dakota. He was the son of Alice Murry Treglawny and Charles Joseph Treglawny.

Allen served in the United States Army from 1956 to 1958. Allen Worked for the J.I. Care Construction Division-Tenneco Inc. Allen was a devout Green Bay Packers Fan, affectionately know as the team Historian. He was known to his friends as "Packer Al." He was a shareholder and a season ticket holder of the Green Bay Packers.

He was also a Wisconsin Badger, Milwaukee Browns and Milwaukee Bucks fan. He loved to attend Packers games, Badgers and Spring Training games for the Milwaukee Brewers.

Allen is survived by his wife, Patricia Treglawny, His cousin Larry Treglawny and his spouses daughter, Renee Staples. His parents preceded him in death. Allen is interred at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
