Alrie F. Thompson 92, quietly passed away on April 11, 2011 in Sun City, AZ. He was born Sept. 16, 1918 in Fort Dodge, IA. Al was married to former Ericca Bunting for 64 years prior to her passing in 2003. He moved to Arizona in 1965 from Nebraska and was a real estate broker prior to his retirement. He was preceded in death by his wife, three brothers and a sister. Survivors include son Jim Thompson of Papillion, NE; son Arden Thompson of Sun City, AZ, 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Visitation 9-10 a.m. with funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ.
