Betty Dee Cady, 68, of Dewey, AZ passed away July 17, 2011 in Sun City, AZ. Betty was born in Albuquerque, NM to Arthur and Rosa Formwalt. She worked as an oil company secretary and came to Arizona in 1975. Betty is survived by her loving husband Gerald of Dewey, AZ, sister, Gwen Groff, and brother, Fred Formwalt. Private family arrangements have been made.
