Billie Vincente Garcia, 66, of Sun City, Arizona passed away November 3, 2011. Billie was born in Detroit, Michigan. He resided in Arizona since 1999 and owned and operated a window cleaning company. Survivors include his wife Miriam and his daughter Michelle. Private family arrangement have been made.
