Brian Gabrial Fernando, 71, of Surprise, Arizona passed away May 29, 2017. Born in Sri Lanka, Mr. Fernando moved to Arizona in 1990 and was employed with the City of Phoenix. He is survived by his wife Cheryl, children Dilshan and Dinesh; brothers Rienci and Charlie and sisters Viola, Jennifer and Ann. Visitation will  held at 10:00 a.m. with funeral services at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Menke Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Sunland Memorial Park.
