Cecil R. Fisher, 64, of Youngtown, Arizona passed away January 19, 2012. An Arizona native, Mr. Fisher was born in Phoenix. He worked in the construction industry as a roofer. Survivors include his mother Katheryn Johnson; step-brother Monte Johnson; 6 nieces and 5 nephews. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2012 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave. Sun City, Arizona followed by a graveside service at 12:30 p.m. at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, Arizona.
