Cecilia M. McDougall, 86, of Sun City West, AZ passed away November 11, 2011. Cecilia was born in Ontario, Canada. An Arizona resident since 1964, she worked as an Inspector for Honeywell. She was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors include her son Bill McDougall; daughters Leoda Petruso, Lucy Armstrong and Shelley Miller-Rapacz; 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Memorial services are 4-7 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the American Legion Post #1, 346 N. 7th Ave., Phoenix, AZ.
