Beyond his craft, he served his country honorably by joining the National Guard Reserves, dedicating two years of service with pride and integrity.

A graduate of high school who further pursued education through college, Charles carried a love for learning throughout his life. His personality was a vibrant tapestry of loving kindness, quirky humor, and playful mischief. Known for his heartfelt jokes and infectious smile, he had a rare gift for lifting others’ spirits and offering generosity without hesitation, often willing to give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
