Cindy Tester passed away February 22, 2022 in Sun City, Arizona. She was born in Salem, Oregon where she later and married the love of her life, Steve Tester. Together they had great adventures traveling the world together. Cindy is survived by Steve Tester of Sun City and several close friends.
