Colleen M. Abate, 72, of Surprise Arizona, passed away July 15, 2006, in Sun City, Arizona. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Anthony Abate, her son, Raymond Abate, brother, John Orr, sisters Collette Kenward, Leah Orr and Sharon Fisko, and 2 grandchildren, Ashley and Jared Abate. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Abate. She was an active member of the St. Joachim and St. Anne Catholic Church. She also volunteered for Catholic charities, and was a Eucharistic Minister of the home bound. She was also a member of the Parish Council, St. Joachim
