David Ford Cook, 79, of Sun City, Arizona passed away August 17, 2019. Celebration of Life to be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the Menke Funeral & Cremation Center-Sun City Reception Center (directly behind funeral home), 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
