Deacon Michael E. Phelan, 80, of Phoenix, loving husband, father and brother, died Feb. 26, 2021. He was born in Chicago, Illinois. Survivors include his wife, Mary (Mill) Phelan; five children and their spouses Tom and Nancy (Wiechec), David and Julie (Welsh), Kevin and Pam (Crossen), Kathy and Lance O'Donnell and Michelle and John Lowry; 17 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and his sister, Sr. Kathleen Phelan, OP.
