Dwight Arvil Patrick 91, passed away on April 3, 2011. Dwight was born to Ross and Daisy Patrick on June 26, 1919, in Worthington, Minnesota. Dwight retired from the newspaper business in 1974 upon moving to Arizona with his wife who preceded him in death in 1986. His great enjoyment was making and repairing clocks and watches and an avid fan of baseball and basketball. Dwight was an army veteran of World War II and served during the Normandy Invasion receiving three Purple Hearts, Bronze Star and Presidential Citation. He is survived by his daughters, Linda McClurg and Vicky Rykhus, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great grandson. To honor his wishes there will be no services.
