Earl W. Shucart, 89, of Surprise, Arizona passed away January 31, 2014. Mr. Shucart was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II. A retired jeweler, he moved to Arizona in 1991 from Massachusetts. Survivors include his wife Jacqueline; children, Judith, Cheryl, Andrea, Jeffrey, David and Melissa; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Private family arrangements have been made.
