Edward DeCosta, 84, of Surprise, Arizona passed away Sept. 27, 2011. Born in Hawaii, Edward moved to Arizona 59 years ago. He served in the US Army during WW II and is a retired welder. Survivors include his wife Mary. Private family arrangements have been made.
