Edward John Kurkowski, 75, of Sun City, AZ passed away Sept. 16, 2009. Edward was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. He served his country in the U.S. Army. A Sun City resident for the past 8 years, he is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lois; children Mark Sarah Kurkowski, Kay Wright and Paul Desi Kurkowski; brother Elbert Marylene Kurkowski; grandchildren Lindsay, Bradley & Lauren Kurkowski; Cristal & Rebecca Kurkowski and Rilee & Jackson Kurkowski. Funeral Mass is 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009 at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 15800 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ. Reception to be held at 11:00 a.m. following the mass at Menke's Sun City Room, 10307 W. Coggins Dr., Sun City, AZ.
