93, of Peoria, Arizona passed away December 28, 2012. She was born May 24, 1919 in Watseka, IL to Charles and Anna (Wilson) Bell. A retired L.P.N., Mrs. Foster moved to Youngtown, Arizona in 2001 from Kankakee. Her husband Everett preceded her in death in May 2005. She is survived by her son James Foster (Kate). Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. – noon on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
