Eugene Harmeling

Eugene Harmeling sadly passed away on October 17, 2023, at home with family. Gene was born on January 14, 1938 to Alois and Anna Harmeling on a farm in Ward Springs, Minnesota. Gene was 85 years old at the time of his passing. He was the last living sibling of a family of 8 children. Gene and his wife, Harriet, of 61 years, raised two boys Tom and Keith, their four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Gene served in the United States Marine Corps for four years. He worked as a Utilities construction Supervisor most of his career. Gene loved hunting, fishing, family, friends, God and country. Gene and Harriet loved to travel and retired to Sun City, AZ.

Memorial Services will be held in Sauk Center MN, and burial in Little Sauk MN in the Spring of 2024.
