Fernando Payan passed away on July 15, 2024 at the age of 76. Fernando was born in Acension, Chihuahua, Mexico on November 8, 1947 to Sixto and Lorenza Payan. He is survived by his mother Lorenza Payan, his 4 children Anthony, David, Denise, Albert and 7 grandchildren Janeese, Jazmyne, Jayleen, Daniel, Angel, Adam, and Alice.

Fernando grew up in Mexico and later moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he met his wife. They were married on February 24, 1979. Fernando lived and raised his children in Phoenix, AZ.

Those who knew Fernando remember him as a genuine, authentic, always willing to help others, and for always being funny. He spent his last days in retirement and enjoying his time with his friends and his family.

A memorial service in honor of Fernando’s life will take place on July 29th, 2024.
