ROMESBURG, Francine Lee July 5, 1947 to June 28, 2026

Francine was born in Johnstown, Pa. She is survived by her husband David Eugene Romesburg, their daughter Denise “Dee” Romesburg, and son-in-law William Langbehn, who reside in Phoenix, Az. Francine and David were married on July 15, 1967 in Johnstown, Pa.

Francine's parents Frank and Louise Koscienski are deceased, along with her younger sister Deborah (Koscienski) Facciani.

Francine was a 1965 graduate of Johnstown High School and was a former Administrative Assistant in the Arizona Department Health Services. She was very active in Tea Party organizations, as well as a Board Member of GOP Legislative District 24 for one term.

Francine loved life and lived it to its’ fullest while making hundreds of friends along the way. She is already greatly missed by her husband of 58 years, as well as her daughter and son-in-law.

Internment will be on 7-9-2026 at 10 am  National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona  located at 2929 East Pinnacle Peak Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85024 (480-513-3600)
