83, of Peoria, Arizona passed away December 24, 2012 in Sun City, Arizona. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. A 40 year Arizona resident he was a retired Aeronautic Quality Control Engineer. Survivors include his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Swan; children Tom, Kathy, and Lorri; brother Jack; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A memorial reception will be held Noon-2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Menke's Sun City Room.
