87, of El Mirage, Arizona passed away August 20, 2013. Mr. Kelton was born in Bird Island, Minnesota and served in the U.S. Navy.  A resident of Arizona since 1961, he was a Court Judge in Maricopa County.  Survivors include his wife Griselda and his sisters, Gloria Ahlstrand and Virginia Yasko. Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. Monday, August 26, 2013 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 5614 W. Orangewood Ave., Glendale, AZ.  Interment will be at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale, AZ.
