Harold E. Temmer, 90 of Sun City West, passed away January 6, 2009. He was the Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor at the University of California, San Diego, and he previously had retired from the US Army as a Lt. Colonel. He leaves behind his wife of 69 years, Laura. Private family arrangments have been made.
