Hazel D. Fosdick, 81, of Sun City passed away January 17, 2009. Hazel moved to Arizona 32 years ago from Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband Dean in 1993. Survivors include her sons Michael Hayes Susan and Jerry Hayes Sandy; sister Edie Richmond; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, January 22, 2009 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Donations are suggested to a favorite charity of donor choice.
