Hilkka H. Neill, 83, of Sun City, Arizona passed away March 27, 2012. Born November 20, 1928 in Finland. A 30 year Arizona resident, she is survived by her daughters Rita Neill and Susan Neill-Eastwood. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, Arizona.
