Ina Dresser, 103, Sun City, AZ passed away on January 3, 2017. Ina was born in Chico, TX on March 7, 1913 to Lola & June Stalnaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Harry; her daughter, Mary; her son, Wayne and her husband of nearly 76 years, Elbert Joseph Dresser. She is survived by her son, Don Dresser of Sun City, AZ; as well as 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. During her 103 years, Ina lived a life full of adventure. In her earlier years, in addition to raising her three children, Ina worked as a civil servant for the U.S. Air Force. In later years, she enjoyed traveling the country in the motorhome with her husband. Then they fell in love with cruising and explored many places around the world by cruise ship. Ina loved spending time with her family and loved playing BINGO each week with her extended family of friends. She will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be held Friday, January 13, 2017 at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Family visitation will be 11am - 12pm. Public visitation will be 12pm – 1pm. Ina will then be laid to rest beside her husband at Sunland Memorial Park of Sun City immediately following the visitation at 2:00 p.m.
