81, of Surprise, Arizona passed away March 11, 2013. Mr. Gignac was born in Gloversville, New York. An Arizona resident for the past 34 years, he was a retired engineer and US Army veteran. Survivors include his wife Barbara and his sister Helen. Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m., March 20, 2013 at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, Arizona.
