Jack E. Crawford, 65, of Cave Creek, Arizona passed away September 4, 2014. Mr. Crawford was born in Dallas, Texas and was an Arizona resident for the past 5 years. He worked as a process server. Survivors include daughters Cheryle Encinas, Jackie Champoux (Jeremy) and Paula Crawford; 2 step-children Shelly Barrett and Larry Sloan; sister Katherine Malloy; grandchildren Krystal, Pablo, Eric & Destiny and 10 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel.
