Jacob Clarkson Hood, Jr., 73, of Sun City passed away, Feb. 5, 2009. Born in Sunbury, PA, he served his country in the U.S.M.C. A real estate agent and 50 year Arizona resident, his biggest achievements were in land and golf course development. He is survived by Victoria O. Reek; his children Victoria Thomas Dave, Clarkson Hood and J.J. Deveroux; grandchildren Chrisa McKinney and Jason Gamez. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ.
