68, of Sun City, AZ passed away September 23, 2012. She was born in Youngstown, Ohio and resided in Arizona for the past 7 years and was a Nurse Practitioner. Survivors include children Jolanda "Jo" Spata, Julie Phipps, Jennifer Alsokary and son John Pitt; brother Richard Collins; sisters Jan Munster and Joyce Foster and grandchildren, Gabriel & Noelle Alsokary. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel with reception to follow the service at the Menke's Sun City Room.
