James Robert Sutter, 88, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away October 12, 2018. James was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and served in the armed forces in Korea. A retired county engineer, he moved to Arizona from California in 1991. He is survived by his daughter Sandy Lynne Roby, 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Graveside services will be held at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, October 27, 2018, at Holy Cross Cemetery, 9925 W. Thomas Rd., Avondale, Arizona.
