92, of Las Cruces, NM (formerly of Glendale, AZ) passed away October 11, 2012. Born in Chicago, IL, she was a retired Nursing Assistant. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur P. Galkiewicz in 1993 and sons Ted and Bruce Galkiewicz. Survivors include her daughter Penny Polejewski (Carl); grandchildren Deborah Hernandez (Ruben) and Sabrina Galkiewicz and her two sons and Deborah’s son Brandon Hernandez. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
