Jeanine Joan Dedmon

On Saturday, May 11th, 2024, Jeanine Joan Dedmon, peacefully passed away surrounded by family at the age of 85.  Jeanine was a loving wife and mother to 4 children, 5 stepchildren and many   grandchildren and great-grandchildren.   

Jeanine was born in Phoenix, AZ on November 9th 1938.  She was in the nursing profession for nearly 50 years.  She was a school nurse for 20 years before retiring.  Craftwork and sewing were a major hobby that she dearly enjoyed.  She won several awards for her craftwork.  Jeanine also did a a lot of volunteer work helping children.  

Jeanine was preceded in death by her parents, Walter & Georgia Mae Jahn, her brother Jerry and daughter Jacque Marie Barnes.   Survived by her husband Harvey Dedmon, daughter LeLani, sons Jack and Asa.  

Funeral services will be held at Menke Funeral Home on May 21st at 11am. Located at 12420 N 103rd Ave, Sun City, AZ.  Her ashes will be transported to the National Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
