Joan F. Brown passed away on December 26, 2021, in Peoria, Arizona at the age of 92. She was born in Bloomington, IL. Her loving husband, William Brown, preceded her in death.
Joan is survived by sons William and Steven (Debbie) Brown, sister Thelma Finnegan, three grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
