Born in Perry, IA on 2/3/1932, died at age 78 on 4/28/2010 in Sun City, AZ. Daughter of Austin and Orma Tyer. Joanne created many wonderful memories serving as a 2nd Grade Teacher for over 32 years. She was a loving and witty wife and mother. Joanne leaves behind her husband Francis, daughter and son-in-law Beth and Gary Wilkin, and many dear friends, cousins, and in-laws. Services will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 10:30 AM in the Chapel at the First Presbyterian Church, 12225 North 103rd Avenue, Sun City, AZ.
