Joseph Shelley Picard, 74, of Sun City, Arizona passed away April 18, 2010. Mr. Picard was born in Albany, New York. A U.S. Air Force retiree, he moved to Arizona 11 years ago. He is survived by his wife Olga; children, Randolph Picard, Monica Picard, Christopher Picard, Sheldon Picard, Shirley Emmons, Sandy Hamel, Alicia Reeves, Gus Knecht and Kenny Knecht; grandchildren Adam, Shawn, Wayne, Samantha, Nathaniel, Kaleb, Jubilee, Alexis and Bronwen. Visitation will be 8:30-10:00 a.m. Monday, April 26, 2010 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Funeral mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joachim & St. Anne Catholic Church, 11625 - 111th Ave., Sun City, Arizona.
