Jule Ann T. Schramm, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on December 19, 2016 at the age of 80. Jule Ann was born on April 21, 1936 in Taylor, Pennsylvania to the late Michael and Mary (Flannelly) Elko. Jule Ann is survived by her husband, Edward Sr., daughter, Cheryl, three sons, Robert, Joseph (Diane) and Edward Jr. (Carol), six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Jule Ann was a devout Catholic parishioner at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church in Surprise. Hospice of the Valley (HOV) assisted with Jule Ann's end of life care.
