Larry Gene Wolfe, 69, of Avondale, AZ passed away November 23, 2011. A lifelong Arizona native, Mr. Wolfe was born in Glendale and served in the US Army. He worked in the construction business. Survivors include son Larry “Lonny” Wolfe (Laura); daughters Marilyn Thurtle (Robert) and Haley Christensen (Dan); brother Daniel Wolfe; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. with funeral services at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Interment to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale, AZ.
