Leola “Lee” Johnson Meyer

Age 93, of Sun City, AZ

Passed away unexpectedly on August 31, 2026

Born on August 1st, 1933 in Taylor’s Falls, MN to Hjalmar and Isabelle Pearson

Lee spent most of her early years as a homemaker to her family. Dedicated her time and sewing talent to children competing in 4H, Minnesota county and state fairs. As her children grew she took an interest in multiple crafts. Her love for crafts continued through her 33 years of living in Sun City, AZ.

Her gift of kindness and caring created many lasting friendships.

Lee is survived by her sister Gail Carraway.

Her children LeeAnn (Barry) Elfstrom, Mitch (Bonnie) Johnson, Timm Johnson

Grandchildren Brett and Kurt Elfstrom, Bart, Trevor, and Sean Johnson, Heather Johnson. Five Great Grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews, sister in laws and many great friends.

Lee is preceded in death by Roger Johnson, Harold Meyer, Grandson Michael Johnson, and daughter in law Carla Johnson, three sisters and three brothers.
