Linda Ellen Price

A Phoenix native and longtime Tonopah resident, Linda Price, age 73, passed away on December 7, 2023 at Hospice of the Valley surrounded by love.

Linda was a beacon of kindness, known for her unwavering compassion for others and dogs. Her life was dedicated to serving and helping others. She touched countless hearts through her generosity and selflessness. As a devoted wife, sister, aunt, friend and dog lover, she leaves behind a legacy of love and grace that will forever be cherished.

In her professional career, Linda was a construction business owner, creating beautiful bathrooms in many of the Phoenix area homes.

Linda had a deep love for strays. She fostered small dogs and leaves behind 4 of her “babies” who are now in loving homes. Other strays she fostered were people down on their luck, housing them and feeding them until they could get back on their feet. As a devoted AA member, she sponsored many to recovery.

Linda is preceded in death by her beloved husband Everett C. Price. She leaves behind a sister, Julia Wahl, niece Elizabeth Wahl and nephews Christopher Wahl and Robert Wahl. Linda also leaves behind numerous cousins and friends she touched with her love and generosity.

A graveside service to celebrate Linda's life will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn cemetery, December 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to any small dog rescue group in honor of Linda's lifelong dedication to helping others.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the caregivers and medical staff who provided compassionate care to Linda during her final days. Linda's presence in our lives was a loving blessing, and her memory will live on in our hearts forever. She will be missed very much.
